Yes, our classes are aimed at people of all levels. Whether you’ve grappled/thai boxed/wrestled for 10 years or have never been inside a gym, you’re more than welcome at Next Generation.
No. Training at Next Generation will help you overcome any weight/fitness issues you have through training. It provides an enjoyable outlet to exercise frequently rather than being stuck on a treadmill or bench press. One on One training/advice is at hand to help you progress through any problems you’re having.

If it’s your first time or you’re unsure about whether or not the sport is for you, just come along with the minimum required equipment below. As you attend more classes, we do expect everyone to eventually buy the extra equipment for the safety of yourself and your training partners.

No, everyone is welcome to train at any time at Next Generation, just show up 10 minutes before class is due to start.
Yes, Private Sessions are available in hour slots, these can be for yourself or you and a friend. You will be given custom advice on how to improve your game quickly so that you can progress at a quicker rate. If you are having any issues in the normal group classes, always ask for help and you’ll be given it right away. Visit the Private Lessons page for more information, or contact us.
Right now! Ring us or call into the gym at any time and have a chat with the coaches, watch a training session or just get involved. We can’t stress enough that training at our gym is for everyone and we’re always happy to see new people getting involved in our sport.
